Through my work for NHS Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group, I have experience of the organisational risk register, quality assurance for all acute and community trusts, and working alongside the regulators CQC and NHS England to ensure the standards of care, governance, and patient safety are met, alongside organisational objectives.

Outside of work, I follow a vegan lifestyle and have an allotment plot that I use to de-stress and get back to nature. I follow organic principles and joined Garden Organic and HSL four-years-ago to help me understand and develop my skills of growing, composting and seed collection.

I consider myself an intermediate gardener and aim to become more self-sufficient over the coming year to reduce my carbon footprint on food miles! I enjoy sharing my knowledge with my nieces who have a section of the plot for their own vegetables, flowers, and bug hunting.
