Training, teaching and talks
We deliver bespoke training for professional gardeners and public spaces, public sector organisations, schools, prisons, social care providers and community groups.
As well as an annual programme of courses, our network of experienced horticulturalists, seed savers, composters, soil scientists and sector-specific experts are available to provide sessions that are adapted to your requirements. Sessions can be delivered face-to-face at our headquarters at Ryton and at venues throughout the UK, and can be tailored to suit any budget.
We have also developed an online suite of training resources, which allow us to share our knowledge and research to a wider audience. In this way, we can address geographical barriers to participation, and move towards a more environmentally sustainable business model by reducing non-essential travel and maximising engagement.
