Christel's Plum

Indeterminate. Cordon. Originally from Germany, this vigorous variety generously bears small (5-8cm) red, plum-shaped fruits with a firm texture and mild flavour. They cook quickly and easily, making them perfect for sauces. Seed Guardian Mark Gore says they “need a sunny spot or to be under glass, and long a season - but then excellent".
