Cernetu

Semi-determinate. A variety from Cernetu in Southern Romania, near to the border with Bulgaria. Our donor says: "I hate raw tomatoes, but these are the juiciest, sweetest fruits I have ever tasted." The medium-large, pinkish-red fruits were very popular with HSL volunteers in an unofficial tasting, who agreed these were the best tomtoes they had ever tasted! If seed saving, isolate from other tomatoes that have flowers with protruding stigma.
