King of Denmark

A Danish, early summer variety originating in the early 20th century and thought not to run to seed as freely as some other spinach. Produces substantial plants with arrow-shaped leaves, which are delicious in salads when young and when mature, and slightly crumpled, they're equally tasty. Let us know what you think of this one.
