Val's Bean

This variety produces large plants and equally large pods and beans, huge foliage and pale pink/peach flowers. Their mild, sweet flavour makes them good for eating fresh when young, though they will become stringy if left to mature. The seeds also make tasty dried beans. Seed colour brown with cream speckling.
