Produces strong, vigorous plants, growing to 2-2.5m in height which do well even in hot, dry conditions. The pretty pale pink and lilac flowers are followed by long, green, flat pods, which are stringless and tasty when picked young. The dried beans store well and have a lovely flavour. Seed colour bicolour maroon and white with maroon speckles.
