The Organic Gardening Podcast summer special

Join Sarah as she down tools for a summer break, and listens to Chris chatting with his old friend Mark Diacono. Mark is perhaps best known for his work at River Cottage, busy growing organic produce for the chefs and tv crews. He has a few tales to tell about working for demanding media types!

Since then, he has opened his own place, Otter Farm, in East Devon. He and Chris discuss the importance of organic growing, forest gardening, and the special crops that Mark likes to grow, such as pecan nuts and Asian peppers. They also discuss Mark’s latest publication, the cookery book called Sour. Like all the best podcasts, this is a chat between old friends on subjects dear to their hearts.
