Penglais Community Garden, next to the Students Union and near the Arts Centre on Penglais Campus, Aberystwyth University, is a space open to all.

Managed by a small group of staff, students and people from outside the university, it runs regular work sessions where all are welcome to come and learn how to grow food organically. A composting area makes good use of coffee grounds, cardboard and sometimes food waste from the university, and there is a fruiting hedge, a pond and dedicated spaces for wildlife. It is also a welcoming space to bring your lunchtime picnic and enjoy the flowers.
