On the edge of the River Rye, and spread over six acres, the garden is home to orchards with wildflower meadows intersected by grassed paths creating a delicate balance between formality and environmental stewardship.
The team proudly maintain a closed-loop composting system, extensive mixed-borders, vegetable garden, and are dedicated to boosting biodiversity.
A sustainability-focused redesign of our Iris Garden is currently underway and will be open to inspire visitors with ideas from early summer 2025.
